VERTICAL SUTURE
A connection is made between the north and south zones by means of a green plot. The houses in the residential area are distributed along the axes and are de-densifying as they enter the park. The rolling circulation is buried so as not to disturb the linearity of the green zone.
HORIZONTAL SUTURE
A connection between the west and east zones is made by an extensive botanical garden in the upper portion and reserved spaces for urban gardens in the lower portion. All the buildings that the program needs are integrated into the transition from the city to the park.
